Well, it could just be a matter of Paul asking in the thread if Randal is following the usual procedure re payment/delivery like Matthias and others have established.

Just for the record, I don´t see it as unlikely that Randal will manage to produce something sooner or later, but I don´t think it is likely that he will be able to deliver many products at the rate he several times have stated he would. 1000 Fatars? For is own products? I don´t think so. And if so, someone should talk him out of it for the sake of his health and well being.

Two things really blow me away here on this subject.

1) Randal has blatantly ignored anything I said in that QFG PCB post. He knows the post is there and he is just avoiding it.

2) He continues to post in other areas of the forum in spite of what is going on.

If I may be so crude, he is plain fucking oblivious to any of his own actions and I think anything you say to this guy will just bounce off him like a rubber wall. He will continue to do what he always does. I know some people like this. They just don't GET it no matter what you tell him! It's what the Italians call "thick headed" .... Bottom line, don't purchase anything from this guy Very Happy

Oooh, I should know the answer to that one - in my teens I could have answered that one.....

Whether anyone has paid any money or not is entirely an ambiguous fact to me - it's as nebulous as anything else with this deal. I see references to people not receiving Paypal requests when they expected them, then nothing more - some murmurings about placed orders and boards shipping in a week or two and imminent websites. It's danged weird - I can't get a grip on it. Didn't E-Rex place an order?

If people haven't paid, then this would really just be a small bump in the road. If people have paid, it's instantly more complicated.

If Randal has been hosed by a board house, I truly feel sorry for him whether he paid with his own money or somebody else's. I personally don't think that's the case - he has nothing to gain by keeping mum about that. If it were me, at this point I'd have shat their name whenever and wherever possible and be working on reparations in the case people had given me their money (not bloody likely - I never accept money up front for anything). But, I can't expect people to think like me, I guess. Perhaps that's not a bad thing.... Very Happy

As Sod's law would have it, Paypal is doing maintenance RIGHT NOW for about another half hour, and I can't get at my payment history. I'm actually pretty sure I paid him for these PCBs, like back in May or something.

So I think I'm going to verify that, and then ask him what he's been doing with my loan. Of course, until bloody Praypal gets back online, I'm not doing anything except watching a bleeding hourglass. Mad

OK, I checked, and... no, I never sent any money to Randall. It's been so long since we even had the original conversation about the QFG boards, but it was all done using my home email, not PMs so I don't even have saved PMs handy. So at least I'm not out any money yet.

I guess Randal never messaged C directly re the delivery probs since C posted this just now in the thread. This is uncool. Previously "we" have posted some messages that should suggest that Randal is not to be confused with "us". Still, we could "close" Randal´s business here as in posting an announcement in the QFG thread and locking it. ???

I'd give him at least a couple of days to reply to Coriolis (either in the thread or privately), that way you don't come off looking too trigger happy, and Randal gets no ammo.

I just had a good look at the thread, (I pretty much avoid anything Randalesque these days) and I had no idea that they were so late already. Also, just saying "any day now" a couple of times and then going quiet ain't good enough.
