Antimon Waves #6!
This was a bit more droney and relaxed I think. Probably because I was a bit tired...
Got inspired by robsol's work with the Kaossilator, so I tried to pull a large part of the mix through the octatrack and sequence that thru machine to make it stutter a bit when I threw the slider to the right.

Here's #7.
This one went so-so as far as handling the gear goes. I went for the Nord Modular G2, with a bunch of sequencers mapped onto the panel, which is a great concept, but unfortunately stuff didn't work perfectly when sending midi to the four rockets I had connected, plus it fell out of sync with the octrack running master midi clock. Oh well, some sounds and beeps and vocal samples happened anyway, so here is the recording.

Show number eight!
Despite having some troubles with sequencing on the G2 last time, I didn't want to give up on that, so did that again, this time sending midi to the Dominion 1 and working three sequencers on internal sounds. Something didn't work as I planned for the internal things, but the Dominion thing worked fine.
I kept my four Rockets from last time, but this time I sequenced them from the Octatrack again, which brought some nice sounds. The Rocket has a life of its own, there's usually a sound to be found however you tweak the knobs, but you don't always know what it's going to be. I got a cool fuzzy bass sound going near the end.
Besides that, PO Rythm for drums, SQ-1 sequencing my modular with the polivoks filter (I think I'm starting to get the hang of the SQ-1), a Volca Bass.
Also, I have caught a cold which may have affected the set a bit - at the least I only set up stuff that I could reach while sitting on my stool, as I didn't feel like standing or walking around too much - my back has been complaining after previous sets and it's a bit worse right now.

Antimon Waves #9! Approaching the 10 show jubilee!
I used the same setup as last time, with some fixes on the g2 stuff that didn't work like I wanted last time (surprise! it didn't fully work this time either ). Getting more and more fluent on the g2 panel.

Thanks Rob! As befits the #10 jubilee it was a bit of a mess, chat room issues, my stream crapped out, I couldn't use half the synths I had hooked up properly because I had forgotten to connect the to the MIDI chain, but oh well.. Here's a recording.
You seem to be pretty much in control of the loop, but at the same time keeping it interesting. Nicely done. _________________ Muied Lumens Sub Forum Bandcamp

Cheers Rob, thanks!
I think I would like to be a bit less in control, to make things happen a bit more quickly, but that could just be me. _________________ Antimon's Window @soundcloud@Flattrhome - you can't explain music

Nummer tolv - show #12 done and dusted! Same setup as last time, with additional special drum patching on the Nord Modular, heard especially at the very end. Went well I think!

Antimon Waves #14 was a great success, apart from Audacity crashing and losing the recording. I'll have a look later to see if I can salvage something. _________________ Antimon's Window @soundcloud@Flattrhome - you can't explain music
