Minimoog parts wanted

Hello, I'm building a Minimoog and 2 parts I can't find. It's the E101 and E112 transistor. Does one of you have these parts for sale, know were I can buy them or knows a alternate part please let me know.

Problem solved. I got my hands on a batch of E101's and take the J112 as a substitute.

questcomp.com can quote you on some, but I believe they have a $20.00 minimum (check their stock; they sometimes have great deals on things like transistor arrays, etc.). Good people and I'd gladly do biz with them again and again. Good luck.

same problem here, can't find E101 can it be replaced by J201?
Also can't find E402.
