Down left are "My Books", below that are our codes, "Cycle #1" and "Cycle #2", click which one you're editing, the code will open, click code anywhere,
it will open to the window, click upper left corner to edit and remember to save before leaving. Hope this helps !

hmm.. how about we all chuck what we wanna chuck to dac..
so actually usually if we play that out directly, it'd clip.
after obtaining the finished code (combined from all members),
we set dac.gain to a value that it still doesn't clip, render, and share?

another idea on controlling the volumn,
is to limit the amplitude of each person's patch.
for example, if we have a quartet, 4 members,
each patch should produce not higher than .25 in amplitude.
so when played together, it won't clip (if the behavior is as planned). |

I don't like this zoho books thing. It doesn't show anything under "My Books". I log in using Google and then it wants a new user iD instead of accepting my email address as a user ID, so now i have to remember that, then it wants email confirmation even though my email is confirmed already by Google, then when I click on email confirmation link, it wants a password and I enter my Google password and it says incorrect password, then i say forgot password and it wants my email address, which it should know and I'm running out of patience FAST.
You guys have fun, I'm having a little Puerto Rican rum to calm down! Sheesh! _________________ "Let's make noise for peace." - Kijjaz |

Inventor,
Just forget your google and your email address ID's, use these:
username: chuckensemble
password: chen88
You can find ongoing Cycles on the lower left of the page !

Jukka,
Thank you for your patience, i could learn from you. Um, I logged in and accessed the file which is cool, but I cannot get the file into mini-audicle. I tried to select the text but it would not select. I tried save as, export, and everything I could think of to no avail. What am I doing wrong, and is this really the right way to share files?

Les,
This is a bit odd to use but not too odd, even I learned it in a day .
Just click text anywhere, it opens to a window, after that click upper
left corner of the window, you're now in edit mode, now you can change the
text, copy, paste etc. |

Hi Jukka,
I tried again. It doesn't open up when I click the text anywhere, I must select an edit/copy or something command. Must be a browser or OS thing (Mac OSX + FireFox). Then I try to save it to another name and it just closes the window. I dunno, I don't have the patience to figure out a new tool right now, especially one as bad as this Zoho thing.
I just got back from the hospital where I had a rough time and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The treatment for this apparently required a series of stomach injections, sampling blood from arteries, not veins but arteries, which hurts like hell, plus a bland starvation diet and no internet access for a week. I've had cleaning ladies, nurses, a social worker, and my well-intended but really intrusive mother in and out of my home ever since and I am still trying to calm down from all the chaos, plus a new fun concept to enjoy: chest pain!
Sorry, I've got to say "ChucK this" for now, so to speak, I cannot learn new tools in this state of mind. Obviously it's not you, it's me. I love your idea and perhaps I can participate in the future. Cheers,

Hi Les,
No problem, health is most important, participate any time, these are available in zoho at least, I will check next week if I find something better.
