hi all,

i've had my andromeda for quite some years now but decided to join the forum now since I've finally decided that my Andromeda is there to stay. I've had a long love-hate relation with it, due to the tedious programming of the machine. My juno60 which sits one shelf above the Andromeda is so much easier and always sounds warm and fat. Still can't produce strings/pads as warm as the juno does on the andromeda.

but the andy does other things quite nicely, I use it most for basses, (moog style) and for leads.
I'll post the patches I've made in the relevant thread once I get them organized this weekend.
I've also made a 100% andromeda song to which I'll post a link in a separate thread.

see you!

I feel the same about my Q Plus. The A6 is not as warm sounding. I love both synthesizers, but use them for different things.
I think the A6 can get dirty in so many ways that it is hard to keep warm sounding. The Q+ is dream like.
