A6 sequencer/arp problems

Hello. I recently purchased a used A6 and love the sound, no tuning problems, I have the 2 MB card that I filled up with patches I got here, it sounds excellent - however, the sequencer and arp simply will not play... any preset that utilizes it cuts off with a sharp release, then nothing, no indicator that it is doing anything at all. This is very maddening to me, and yes I read the f'n manual, 10 times over it seems, is there something I am just missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

how about if it's maybe synced to external clock?

Sorry, you've probably already checked that a gzillion times but I bet it's something really annoying like that, just one function in the wrong position.

thanks for the replies. i could not manage to figure this out so i went ahead and reinstalled the OS and now it works great. should have thought about that before....thanks again!

yes, well i'm afraid i probaby missed something that was pretty simple...ah when in doubt, reboot!
