Ancient DX7 Flexidisk from Keyboard Magazine

[mosc]

A friend has a large collection of Keyboard Magazing flexidisks from the 1980s. Most were promotional tracks from record companies with popular musicians from the day. This one was a demo (advertisement) of the brand new fabulous amazing world changing incredible new Yamaha DX7.

Fortunately we don't get too much of this kind of music on electro-music, but this is interesting from an historical perspective.

ooh, it is nice for deconstruction, how can we break this :)

btw, it sounds pretty perfect for a flexdisk too .. and hearing this it seems almost strange the the dx7 became mostly known for making nice bell sounds .. or maybe that is my perception :)
