Thanks
Thanks I appreciate that. Note: (That first song was just a test song for my new forum page, I hope nobody misses that)
We're sorting through and updating and repairing lots of songs we posted on here previously at the moment, just in case anyone was wondering we had a couple of volume issues on our .Xm songs we had to repair-- the point is... we repaired one song so far! "VC2" happy to have some "Band progress" now we just are still laughing listening to band practice tracks. I never thought having a band would be so fun it all seemed like so much work at first lol _________________ kyle p Last edited by old.school.plm on Mon Sep 07, 2020 11:30 am; edited 2 times in total

XM Song
Old SChool Plm-- Chillin in the Room 2.Xm
And other .Xm Songs
The first one is just an Efffects Test. The rest of the .Xm songs on here are Old School Plm songs. Here's an .Xm file player. It also plays .Nsf songs https://zxtune.bitbucket.io/ Thanks _________________ kyle p Last edited by old.school.plm on Mon Sep 04, 2023 9:37 am; edited 8 times in total
I dig your music. I haven't had a chance to listen to everything. Keep 'em comin'.
What are .xm files? I can play them with VLC but I'm not sure they will stream on our Shoutcast stations. _________________ --Howard

I'm pretty sure they won't .. there however is some javascript which can play a lot of tracker stuff .. was looking into that a while ago .. but then something came up .. but my idea was to have a radio channel for tracker files.
Ah, tracker files. I don't consider trackers old school.
I really like the music that comes from them but I could never feel comfortable using them. Strobie (Static Strobe Emitter) is a master of that style. The closest thing I could do was Lunetta music. _________________ --Howard

Yep trackers take alot of patience im just now learning how to use them, over the last year that is
Im really stubborn about my samples if i wasn't i would have something more coherent on here. If i would just use some of my old samples from my other computer...
I think it would be better if one knew how to program to make music with the trackers too _________________ kyle p Last edited by old.school.plm on Sun Nov 22, 2020 7:03 pm; edited 1 time in total

Note
The xm and nsf songs, posted previous to this note are all quite experimental on here and are there just for fun; they are not anything too impressive. I just don't want to disappoint anyone; if its something i wanted the whole electro-music.com community to hear i would render it to mp3 or wav. That is all thanks! _________________ kyle p
