Hi all !
I purchased a used NM1 Key. The Oct Shift buttons work as expected, but the Oct Shift LEDs are not working, so I can´t see which octave is selected. My question: Has anyone had this problem too and can tell me how to fix it / how much it costed to get it fixed ?
Support told me that this is not a known standard problem so they couldn´t tell me something about possible costs...

welcome coupe70

This isn't a well known problem for sure, but I should say try your local repair man...

hi wout, thanks for your answer.
what do you mean by "local repair man" ?
the german repair center for clavia equipment (that´s what i meant when i wrote "support") or the local electronic repair man in my town...?

oh yes, you are right. and not...
sound service is the german distributor. the repairs are done by
synthesizer service in namedy, germany. that is who i contacted
and spoke with. but sound service recommends to contact them first
which i didn´t. well, i guess they will directely point me to synthesizer service again, but who knows - i will try...
