Reviews:
"...A mesmerizing mix of original electronic sounds, recurring evocative themes, dreamy rhythms, grainy samples and unique pacing, PHONEMA
SACRATA is an imagination finding form in music. It is a work inhabiting its own territory. Seeming to deal with the sleeper and his access to other worlds, Cymphonic develops a brilliantly shaped hallucinatory landscape. The transitions between tracks are masterful and the work evokes a strange new place at each turn. This album provides a fascinating ambient encounter. The most challenging part is in returning to the reality the listening experience transports us away from. " Chuck van Zyl (Star's End)

Reviews:
"DataObscura, that fine Canadian ambient label headed by Anthony Paul Kerby, has released yet another intellectually stimulating exploration of unconventional electronic textural soundscapes....Recommended for those who like their ambient music to be more than just vague textures and drones..."" Bill Binkelman (Producer and Host, Wind and Wire)

"...Stanley Swinkels has taken several musical influences and channeled them into something that is truly his own. Phonema Sacrata is a remarkable debut." Phil Derby / Electroambient Space

"It's late and I'm catching up on some work on the station's music library (Progressive Soundscapes) while listening to the new Cymphonic cd on headphones. What an incredible recording. Fantastic! I love it. Send my regards to the artist will you? I'll definitely be giving this cd quite a bit of airplay." John Garaguso (DJ at Progressive Soundscapes internet radio)

"Finely crafted from beginning to end with a fascinating blend of traditional and contemporary sounds. This is an excellent album to just lay back and enjoy as it unfolds its seamless web of ambient styles and imaginary journeys." APK (Producer, labelowner)
